Membership
As a member of APXA, you'll have the opportunity to learn and establish professional relationship presently with India. Later the following countries will be included:
- Egypt
- Nigeria
- Philippines
- South Africa
- Turkey
After registering with APXA, your information will be posted for other members who share your professional interests to review for possible mutual exchanges. The decision to enter into reciprocal visits is made entirely by the physicians involved.
NOTE: Visiting Physicians to the U.S. will not be involved in administering direct patient care.
The application package consists of the following components:
- Application Form (including copy of valid medical license)
- Two (2) Professional Letters of Reference
- Purpose of Your Visit Statement
- Photocopy of Valid Medical License
- Post-visit Evaluation Form (both Visitor and Host complete)
- Two-page Curriculum Vitae (CV)
