He has authored many articles on multiple aspects of business law.

- Brian S. Roberts works in Information Assurance. He is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Business Manager (CBM), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Privacy Professional for Government (CIPP/G), and is Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT). He contributed to the International Association of Privacy Professionals "Privacy Advisor" journal and received his Master of Science in the Management of Information Technology from the University of Virginia's commerce school.
